We are currently seeking a lead budtender/management trainee position with the following qualities:

-trustworthy

-professional demeanor/calm composure with team, management, and customers

-punctual (has consistent transportation and history of punctuality) *WILL VERIFY*

-great attitude, positive mindset, outgoing, high energy, arrives with enthusiasm

-naturally likes to serve/add value to customers-friendly in ALL customer interactions

-dependable - willing to help those around and cover shifts and/or work weekends

as needed

-attention to cleanliness (showroom floor must be kept presentable)

-replenishes the display cases accordingly (understands importance of full shelves)

-POS and cash handling experience (must have attention to detail)

-extensive product knowledge and/or cannabis industry experience (customers ask specific questions and must match them with products based on their unique needs)

-coachable and knows how to follows specific directions

-strong verbal and communication skills

-takes initiative and sets an example for the rest of their team

-capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure

-no task is too big or small attitude

-leaves their personal life outside the door when getting to work

-familiar with BCC/DCC laws and regulations

Those that work hard will grow fast and those who we sense were clearly dishonest in the hiring process will not last past the 6 month probation period.

We are looking to promote from within. One or more candidate may have the opportunity to earn a promotion to manager or assistant manager with higher pay within approximately 6-12 months. Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
